ARS Interior Repair Systems are applied on vehicles interior trims or seat covers which are made of fabric, velour, carpet, vinyl, leather, soft and hard plastics. There are three types of interior repair included in ARS Interior Repair.
The first interior repair type is for cigarette burns on seats, roofs, doors covers up to 2 cm in diameter. Special fabric dusts and special equipment are used to fill cigarette burned holes. Moreover, in order to obtain the original texture surface, a special texture silicon is used to copy the original texture pattern and applied on the repaired surface.
The second type of interior repair includes tears on seat covers up to 5 cm length. Special equipment and materials are used to repair tears. If the location of tears are flexible or unstable, the repair may not give the best result.The third type of interior repair is for damaged or missing plastic trim pieces up to 3 cm in diameter. Special plastic materials are used to fill gaps within trims to obtain the original form of trims. After the repair are completed, the paint repair must be applied on repaired areas.
